DB mission is to incubate, host and support the scaling of healthcare delivery and decision making process . That is by carrying out interdisciplinary projects to develop new strategies and tools to improve health. It works collaboratively with end-users, industrial, and practice partners to support the adoption of scientific research outcomes ,healthcare technologies, improve quality of life and create economic growth. DB draws on the existing strengths of healthcare, creating a hub towards excellence in healthcare.
